About the Role

  • We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn paid campaigns into scalable growth. You’ll own end-to-end paid marketing, from tracking setup and campaign launches to optimization across multiple markets.
  • This role is for someone who loves experimenting, analyzing data, and squeezing the most out of every ad dollar. You’ll be a key part of our growth engine, working closely with our marketing and data teams to acquire, activate, and retain users efficiently across web and app platforms.

Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)

  • Your success will be measured by what you deliver:
  • Tracking: All tracking events set up and optimized across web and app.
  • Campaign Launches: Paid campaigns live in at least 4 – 6 countries.
  • CAC: Achieve target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) within defined benchmarks.
  • DAU: Drive measurable growth in Daily Active Users (DAU) and improve cost efficiency.
  • Optimization: Achieve 50% improvement in CAC and DAU metrics through ongoing testing and iteration.

Core Responsibilities (How You’ll Win)

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across social and search platforms (Twitter, Meta, Instagram, Google, etc.).
  • Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain tracking systems for both web and app using tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, and Tag Manager.
  • Experimentation: Test countries, audiences, creatives, and messaging to discover high-performing combinations.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine campaigns for CAC, DAU, and LTV improvement.
  • Data Collaboration: Work closely with the Data team to measure user acquisition performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting wins, learnings, and next steps.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing to ensure paid campaigns align with funnel improvements and retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience running paid marketing campaigns for crypto exchanges, wallets, or fintech apps.
  • Proven experience managing full-funnel performance campaigns — from setup to optimization and remarketing.
  • Strong technical ability in tracking setup (GA4, AppsFlyer, Tag Manager) and performance analytics.
  • Skilled in social, display, and search ads across Meta, X (Twitter), Google, and other paid channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions quickly.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple countries and budgets.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience launching and optimising campaigns in African markets.
  • Exposure to crypto-specific marketing or acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with funnel testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation at scale.
