Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for cloud services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and propose tailored cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cloud technologies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM  systems.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or cloud sales (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar services).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google  Cloud Associate, etc.).
  • Experience selling managed cloud services or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based and recurring revenue models.
