Program Administrator (PA) Job at OTL Africa

Location: Nigeria

Summary

  • The Program Administrator (PA) will provide strong administrative support to the teams and initiatives of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • General Secretarial functions.
  • Manage service providers.
  • Provide event administration
  • Provide basic accounting functions
  • Support the implementation of the firm’s policies.
  • Coordinate routine statutory /regulatory compliance.
  • Provide basic business support
  • Support integrated support for the teams.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Secretarial Studies, Accounting, Law or any other relevant discipline from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Project Management or additional certification in a relevant field is not Mandatory but will be considered.
  • Knowledge of the energy & petroleum industries in Nigeria & Africa is an added advantage.

Language Requirements:

  • Bi or Multi-ligual (English and French/Portuguese). This is not mandatory but is a major advantage.

Skill Set:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), telemarketing
  • Individuals must be digital media & tech savvy
  • Event administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

Job Title: Programme Executive – Business Development / Communications / Research

Locations: Abuja & Lagos

Summary

  • These persons will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day business /communication/ research strategies within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities (Includes)

  • Tele marketing
  • Staying up to speed with core or related industry information.
  • Build and maintain high-level contact with current and prospective clients and other business and project partners.
  • Work with team to develop relevant proposals
  • Proactively create or identify channels and opportunities for accessing stakeholders and information on market and creative trends and deploy business strategy where necessary.
  • Support the organization’s data retention and management strategy.
  • Jointly review, update and maintain promotional materials inventory

Head Programs & Business Development 

Job Title: Head, Programs & Business Development

Location: Nigeria

Summary

  • This person will oversee the development and implementation of program activities in line with its overall strategic objectives.
  • This person will provide direction to the programs team, coordinate the team’s fund-raising activities and ensure wholesome and effective program documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of the annual program calendar.

  • Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in a supervisory or team lead role/similar
  • Demonstrated experience in successful proposal development & fundraising, programs or project management within the non-profit/development sector.

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in research, policy analyses and high-level advocacy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Staying abreast of industry events.
  • Designing and executing research studies and continuous analyses of industry data
  • Conducting extensive in-depth research on strategic focus areas
