The Role.

We are seeking a Product Designer who is creative and brings significant experience in designing consumer products.

You will join a small, innovative team and lead efforts to shape user experiences, drive design evolution, and support our vision for a future where Grass is integral to the internet’s evolution.

Who You Are.

Strong proficiency in core graphic design software.
Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
A solid track record with global consumer brands.

What You’ll Be Doing.

Establish and maintain Grass’s creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touch points.
Working directly with leadership on the earliest stages of the product development process, such asuser research, product ideation, and project planning
Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets.
Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with Grass’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Work within our existing design system to ensure all outputs are consistent and aligned with established standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep Grass’s visual content fresh and cutting-edge.
