Hiring a Research & Operations Intern
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- Work Mode: Hybrid
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct research on gaming, esports, and digital trends, globally and within Africa, to help guide our strategic initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to uncover insights and opportunities, helping us understand what’s happening in the gaming world and where we should focus.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries that distill complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Manage the executive’s schedule, coordinate meetings,prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes and make sure all the details for each day are handled smoothly
- Assist with communication, correspondence, and follow-up tasks to keep projects on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Pitch in with presentations, report preparation, and other operational tasks that support our leadership and team goals.
- Handle confidential information with care and uphold Kucheza Gaming’s professional standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re an NYSC Corps member or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Data Science, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience as a research assistant or analyst
- Strong organizational and analytical skills are second nature to you, and you’re able to juggle different responsibilities.
- You’re proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar packages.
- Discretion and professionalism are important to you; you’re trustworthy and reliable.

Hiring a Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee all planning and execution activities for Lagos Games Week 2025, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
- Build and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and community members.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and drive community engagement leading up to and following the event.
- Coordinate with event planners and oversee logistics, working closely with vendors and partners to ensure a successful event.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management and event planning.
