Social Media Manager at Excel and Grace Consulting
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
- Build and manage our online communities on various social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure ROI, identify trends, and optimize our strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
- Monitor social media conversations to identify brand mentions, potential crises, and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite Analytics)
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
