We are seeking a Lagos-based Nigeria Market Specialist to drive user growth and business expansion for our software system.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage local merchants, community organizations, and Nigerian agents to promote software system;
- Develop localized sales strategies to achieve user growth and revenue targets.
- Design and deliver internal/external training courses on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategy;
- Lead online live product demonstrations to drive traffic, promote offerings, and convert prospects;
- Manage daily follow-up and relationship maintenance with clients to boost retention and stickiness;
- Collect and synthesize user feedback from field interactions;
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to optimize localized user experience.
