Position Overview

  • We are looking for a humble, hardworking, and reliable Project Administrator to manage all behind-the-scenes work for our online organisation. This is a 35-hour, remote role , working directly with me to ensure smooth execution of all tasks, from project coordination to social media management. The right person for this role should be actively looking for work and willing to take on a variety of tasks, including administration, social media content creation, email management, and event logistics and website update . They will need to be highly organized, responsive, and open to feedback, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Coordination

  • Manage and execute all administrative tasks required to keep the project on track.
  • Oversee behind-the-scenes logistics leading up to the event, ensuring every detail is handled.
  • Track progress, update timelines, and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Handle procurement, ensuring all event materials, gifts, and documents are ready on time.
  • Follow instructions carefully and make adjustments as needed.

Meeting & Communication Management

  • Run weekly project meetings with the UK team, ensuring action points are documented and followed up on.
  • Respond professionally to emails and messages, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and attendees when needed.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage social media accounts to promote the event and keep audiences engaged.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Design and edit PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all social media posts, announcements, and event updates are scheduled and shared on time.

General Administrative Support

  • Maintain records and documentation related to the project.
  • Assist with data entry, scheduling, and coordination of various tasks.
  • Be available to run occasional errands (travel expenses covered).
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks that arise during the project.⸻

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Humble, hardworking, and reliable – willing to put in effort and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proactively looking for work – this is a full-time contract for three months.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented – able to track multiple tasks effectively.
  • A good communicator with strong English skills – capable of responding to emails professionally.
  • Able to follow instructions and take corrections well – open to feedback and able to adjust work accordingly.
  • Tech-savvy and creative – skilled in Canva and PowerPoint for content creation.
  • Strong with social media – able to manage and post content across various platforms.
  • Self-motivated and independent – able to work remotely without constant supervision.
  • Equipped with a laptop and reliable internet access – essential for remote work.
