Themoving Ltd is a fast-growing healthcare recruitment agency in the UK, supplying highly qualified nurses and healthcare assistants to care homes and healthcare providers. We are now looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and expand our presence across England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target care homes, nursing homes, and healthcare providers across the UK.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research, connect with, and engage decision-makers.
  • Generate new business leads through a structured outreach strategy (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and track all outreach in CRM.

LinkedIn Activities

  • Post regularly on LinkedIn under Themoving’s branding (articles, updates, thought leadership, service promotions).
  • Grow Themoving’s visibility by connecting with target clients, engaging with posts, and joining relevant groups.
  • Ensure all LinkedIn activity directly supports client acquisition and brand awareness.

Email Campaigns & Follow-Up

  • Design and execute email campaigns targeting care home managers and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Personalize outreach to align with client values, pain points, and compliance needs.
  • Track open rates, responses, and conversions to measure campaign effectiveness.

Relationship Building & Closing

  • Schedule and attend virtual meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and service reliability.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts in line with Themoving’s pricing structure.
  • Support in closing deals and onboarding new clients.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or healthcare recruitment sales.
  • Strong LinkedIn lead generation skills (Sales Navigator experience is a plus).
  • Ability to create engaging, professional LinkedIn posts that build authority.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and cold email strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
