We are looking for a proactive Growth Executive responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.
This is a remote role suited for someone who is self-driven, structured, and comfortable engaging business leaders.
Key responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation
- Identify businesses that may benefit from ProcessLab services
- Prospect via LinkedIn, referrals, email outreach, and networking
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Client Engagement
- Initiate conversations with founders and business leaders
- Understand client operational challenges
- Clearly communicate ProcessLab’s value proposition
- Schedule discovery calls and demos
Sales Conversion
- Support proposal preparation
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Move leads through the sales process
- Close new client engagements
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Identify upsell or long-term opportunities
- Gather customer insights and feedback
Growth Support
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth ideas
- Provide market feedback and trends
