We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Virtual Assistant to work directly with our Executive, providing administrative, documentation, and operations support to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Admin Support – Manage inbox & calendar, schedule meetings, arrange travel, handle expense tracking
- Documentation – Create SOPs, reports, proposals, and client-facing materials with professional formatting
- Operations Support – Manage projects, keep CRM updated, and coordinate with vendors/clients
- Communication – Draft and send emails on behalf of the Executive, manage virtual communications, handle calls
- Research & Data – Conduct lead research, and market research
- Special Tasks – Light bookkeeping, social media scheduling, and basic website updates and other tasks assigned
You Are:
- We’re looking for a candidate who is early in their career (typically in the 20–30 age range) and eager to grow with the role.
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator (written & verbal)
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM tools, other apps)
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities & working independently
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or completion of VA-related courses is an advantage
